Ilana has been an amazing daycare owner for our dog, Winston! Her love and care for him were clear from the start. She was always flexible, helpful, and incredibly patient. Every morning, Winston would grab his leash and cry at the door, eager to spend the day with her. Her communication was excellent, keeping us updated and ensuring we always felt at ease. We highly recommend Ilana to anyone looking for a caring and professional doggy daycare provider!
Ilana and her team are all so great with our dog and seem to adore her as much as we do. We’ve had a few walkers over the years and each one has been reliable, professional and makes us feel like our dog is being well taken care of. Ilana is always available to help out with boarding and is a great communicator and all around lovely person.

Our dog Archie LOVES Ilana at Park Slope Pups. He goes crazy with excitement when he sees her, and if we go on a walk and head in the direction of her apartment, he gets so happy and tries to drag us to her block. We use Ilana and her team for dog walks on workdays, once a week doggie daycare at Ilana’s apartment, and sometimes for dog sitting when we’re on vacation. Archie loves the team and the other doggies he gets to hang out with on his walks and doggie daycare. We are so glad we have Ilana and her team in the neighborhood!

I was working with a different local company, and realized I had 14 different walkers with their company in a 7 month period. With PSP I have a designated walker. Alan is the sweetest. Alf does sitting when I am on vacation, and my dog runs up to both of them if we bump into either of them on the street.
Ilana, the owner, is quick to respond to inquiries and flexible. I trust Park Slope Pups completely.
