Beautiful place that people don’t know about , situated in Brooklyn,just of the Belt Parkway West of JFK airport.There are trails,tables with canopy that you can bring food and relax, also alot of portable toilet situated at different locations.There is public parking,even bike rentals that are free of charge.I will suggest bring alot of water to drink , there’s a lot of walking when you visit.There is also fishing here ,and you can just come to relax.If you like gazing at planes taking of from JFK airport,then here’s also the place for you.I suggest come when the sun down , especially for the Seniors because the sun and temperatures can be hot at times.There are also events throughout the summer there.Tommorow which is Saturday June 21st 2025 is a Caribbean event starting around 1pm to 4pm,with different food vendors.You should definitely visit ,it’s a beautiful park.Opens 8am and last entry at 7.30pm.
Beautiful park! My first time here and it was so nice. The park is huge with lots of trails to bike or walk. I participated in Penn Bike Library where you are able to ride a bike free of charge around the park. It’s very relaxing especially with all the scenic views. Will definitely come here again with the family.
