I adopted 2 of my Pit Bull dogs from here and I truly could not be more thankful for everyone who has a part in the many wonderful things they do for animals AND people at the Animal Protection Center of Southeastern Massachusetts. I love my 2 bully’s so much and I will support this place in any way possible. Thank you so much for loving animals so much. What would we do without them? They bring so much joy to our lives!

This is an independent animal shelter that helps pet animals find new forever families. Not only do they have the cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, and sometimes other pets, they also have classes, a regularly scheduled bake sale with goodies to die for, but also the best fundraisers! The staff and volunteers are helpful, caring, and really want the animals in their care to find homes where they will be loved and given the time and attention they need to adjust and thrive.

I just wrote a review, and looks like it went to Walmart. I did want to say that the facility is clean, the cats all looked happy and comfortable, and the staff was great! Our new friend enjoys under the bed, still, but he has started hopping up to visit! 🧡😺

AWESOME shelter. Super clean facilities, easy to navigate, all of the staff I talked to were SO friendly. Got approved quickly, and the folks there know their stuff!! Sent home with a big ol’ goodie bag for my new pal, all the animals were clearly very well cared for, and they have *all* kinds! I’d offer to volunteer my time myself if I wasnt so dangerously allergic to rabbits. 10/10 shelter, have already reccommended to several friends, family members, and coworkers.

I adopted my Adelle from here. She was the best cat ever. She lived for 18 yrs. We just lost her last week🐾😿 She is missed that’s for sure❣️

The absolute best. We adopted a kitten and they were sweet and answered all my questions! I have been trying to find a kitten to complete my little family and we got extremely lucky with this one. He is so sweet and loving and our puppy is his best friend. We couldn’t be more happy.

Adopted this sweet little girl about a month ago, the shelter staff was very nice and prompt to reach out to us after submitting the application. The whole process was smooth and the facility was clean and spacious. She’s fitting in with our other cats and is a ball of energy and cuddles. Would recommend finding your new fur baby here! ❤️🐱
