If you’re searching for a dog park in Foxborough, Massachusetts, Lodge at Foxborough offers a pet-friendly community atmosphere. Surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds, this apartment community may feature amenities suited for dog owners and their pets, making it a potential option for convenient, close-to-home dog walking or playing. While the property is primarily residential, the environment is described as pet-friendly and well-kept, which could appeal to dog lovers seeking a dog-welcoming space in the area.
Although detailed features of a public dog park—like fenced dog runs, off-leash areas, or separate spaces for small and large dogs—are not specified, residents appreciate the attentive management and maintenance of the grounds. For those looking to explore other dog parks in Foxborough, confirm with the property management about the specific dog-friendly amenities available.
I can’t wait till my lease is over. No ONE ON EARTH pay NULL / month for water. That is not ok. Water is more expensive than electric and gas bills combined .
Something sketchy , adding the water bill to the rent and adding random price for water bill is not acceptable.
Voucher apartments get privilege living comfortably unlike others money goes down the drain.
The kids noise outside is unbearable, Not worth the money. The carpet smells awful asked to remove it they needed a doctor note of my allergies. Even if the carpet is filthy they will not manage cleaning it before you move in. They will offer you one time cleaning service after you move in.

We have been living at The Lodge at Foxborough for many years and continue to be grateful and so pleased to call it our home. Our apartment is perfect in every way and along with the beautifully maintained grounds, we are extremely happy. The leadership team here of Chris and Candido work closely together and work extremely hard to make this community the very best. They are wonderful individuals who are always available to listen and take the necessary actions in a prompt and professional manner.
Chris, the property manager, is a hands on personable leader who listens, takes immediate actions and runs the property extremely well. Candido, the maintenance manager, is highly qualified and respected for all he does. He is incredibly technically knowledgeable and talented in every aspect of fixing and maintaining properties. The close collaboration between the two of them and the speed of critical repairs and subsequent follow through to completion is handled so professionally and much appreciated.
In summary I give this place a 10++. In addition to Chris and Candido I also want to thank the leadership UDR team for hiring, training, retaining and providing the necessary support and resources that make this all possible. Thank you

Currently living here, been here for almost 2 years. Honestly, it isn’t horrible but the rumors are true they do raise the rent to the max amount allowed even though another unit, same layout, will be priced cheaper online. Mind you when we moved the cabinets were all old and broken and they still are. Paying about 2,700 for broken cabinets doesn’t seem ideal but thats what they are selling over here and I dare them to charge me for it because first day of move in I recorded all of the damages that were never addressed before we moved in! There was literally an empty water bottle in the toilet thing where you check the pump! Imagine if I never checked in there, they ended up sending an email talking about how they will charge if there is anything wrong with the toilets or stuff found in the pump area! Sounds like a set up to me because who puts a bottle in there? And the previous renter was a single male doubt he was childish enough to put that in there! My biggest complaint though is if you work 2nd shift or even 3rd shift good luck sleeping!!!! They do all maintenance in the early morning like 8am so this community is not accommodating for those who don’t work 1st shift. Please really take this into consideration upon moving here because they are LOUD and walls are thin! Quiet time is from 10pm-6am so there is no way to formally complain so here I am letting the world know because it’s frustrating!!!

Overpriced community with poor management from UDR. Half the time nobody was in the main office during what they claimed to be working hours.
Attempted to over charge me by roughly ?,500 when buying out of my lease. When I called them out on it they claimed it was a mistake by whoever prepared the final document. I didn’t realize ?,500 mistakes were acceptable in housing but apparently they are as they don’t seem to pay attention to the details here. Very shady business. None of my emails with the billing department at UDR ever responded with a name so I never knew who I was talking to or if I was even communicating with the same person. I asked for a phone number instead of communicating via email and was met with no response. Terrible business etiquette whether they are running a hot dog stand or an apartment complex. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
