Reynolds Park in Paragould, Arkansas, is a spacious, pet-friendly community park offering a dedicated dog park with separate large and small dog sections. The dog park is well-loved for its rock walls, ledges, and tunnels, providing unique, engaging terrain for dogs to explore off-leash. Each section features a miniature pavilion for essential shade and shelter, making it an ideal destination for dog owners seeking a safe, fun spot for their pets to play and socialize.
The park boasts additional amenities including paved walking paths, plenty of parking, playgrounds for families, a lake for fishing, picnic areas, and RV camping. Its proximity to kid-friendly spaces means you can plan a full day of outdoor activities for the whole family. Although the park has recently required more attentive maintenance and visitors are advised to stay vigilant, Reynolds Park remains a popular dog-friendly destination in Paragould for walks, exercise, and special events.
We have held memorial services and birthday parties at some of the Pavillions and we have never had any problems. Affordable rates and quality service.
It used to be nice and peaceful, but unfortunately, it’s been attracting a lot of bad energy in the last decade. Creepy people usually, people doing inappropriate things or just causing scenes.
I could only recommend it to families in short spurts because you never know what’s going on there anymore unless someone has a pavilion rented. It’s not as well taken care of as it once was.
This is a beautiful park with a lake for fishing or duck watching (Please do NOT feed ducks). There is a playground, RV parking grounds, an event building, a Basketball court, a Frisbee Disk Golf course, and a bridge outstretching the water. Great place for a dog walk, fishing, exercise, birthday parties, or just getting the family outside!
Update 5/10/25: Still Great, nothing new to add.
Great place to go with the kids. Playground could use a good freshener but still all-around ok. Plenty of ducks and geese to see as well.
Awesome city park for our unexpected stay. 50 amp, water, level site but be warned .. the geese and ducks will make a racket all night. It’s a busy place during the day and quite at night.. minus the birds.
Also.. the only place I’ve ever seen that had locks on the power box and water. You must pay in town and get keys 1st.
This place is amazing for being inside of the city. It boasts an RV park, picnic area, nice playground for the kids and a little store when it’s open. They keep it nice and stocked for those that love to fish. You can even bring your boat (troll motor only). Next time I’ll make sure to take my tackle. And by all means bring your beloved best friend, just be sure to keep him on a leash and clean up after him.
