This is such a beautiful dog park. It has plenty of shade for when it gets hot, benches to sit on, and running water to give the dogs when they get thirsty. We especially like the layout of the park (our dogs are big, so we visit the ‘Big Dog’ side of the park)- we love the boulders because the dogs can run around them and play chase, like an obstacle course (versus the dog parks that are just a big empty field of nothing). The park is visually beautiful- and really enhances the neighborhood by bringing people together. We’re really grateful it was built. Right now the Big Dog side of the park is closed due to repairs- and we’re counting down the days until it reopens!

My dog loves it here! Majority of dogs are friendly, and the owners I’ve met are responsible about their dogs. My only complaint is the boulders; they seem more like a hazard to the dogs rather than a feature.

My two Shibas love this park. They get so excited when we drive up. Dogs and owners are friends, mix of shade and sun, benches for owners to sit on. Plenty of other Shibas too.

A new dog run opened in Ward! 🐾
It’s new and popular, so I’d heard it would be crowded, and I thought my untrained puppies wouldn’t be able to go, but it was surprisingly empty during the day on a weekday. 😊

I’m so grateful that the parks for small and large dogs are separate, and that there’s a water fountain on-site. ✨

My puppies can run around safely leash-free, so we’ve started using it regularly. ♪
Sometimes, people don’t clean up their poop, so please watch your step. ⚠️
