This is the only place I will bring my Australian Shepard! I have taken him to so many places before I found Birch Point dog spa a couple years ago and they made a mess of his hair. The owner at Birch Point Dog Spa is so kind and caring not just to the animals but to the owners of the animals! She was very patient and took things nice and slow with my Ace because of his anxiety from other grooming experiences else where and his fear of heights! Now he loves her and trust her so much! She does a beautiful job with him and his coat! I could not recommend this grooming facility anymore! 100 out of 10! Here’s some before and after photos of my shaggy to perfection boy!
I cannot say enough positive things about Liz and the kindness she gives to my pups. Liz is patient, kind and gentle and her work is art! My girls always look amazing. One of my dogs has anxiety and Liz knows just how to calm her. Liz is defiantly worth the Wiscasset summer traffic!
Liz is amazing! We take our four year old very nervous rescue dog here. Liz is so patient and gentle and we always know that Maple is in the best most caring hands. She looks and smells wonderful after her spa visits. There is no other place we would take our pup! 😊♥️
As a veterinary technician myself you can imagine I’d be very particular about where I bring my dogs to be groomed. I was nervous to bring my 11yo Maltese who has a high grade heart murmur in anywhere for a grooming, as too much stress can put a lot of strain on her heart. As soon as I met Liz I knew she was going to be in good hands. She listened carefully to my long list of concerns and my dogs backstory. She took her time to be as caring and gentle as possible. I was very impressed with her kindness and professionalism. Her grooming set up was also top notch and adorable. My dogs won’t be going anywhere else!
Took my pug for a bath and nails to be done. Liz did a great job on him and even gave him a cute bandana. Liz will care for your pet as if it was hers. Its nice to have someone you can trust with your fur baby
