Our children grew up going here. They have great camps and activities. Owls in captivity and some nice trails. Beautiful view of the lake.

I recently visited for the first time for a program to see the vernal pools and look for frogs and other stuff! We had a really nice afternoon! The grounds were beautiful, there was a lot of water and woods. This nature center is mostly comprised of trails, however they also have a small playground made from cedar. Not only was the drive up, and surrounding area beautiful but the nature center truly has a magical and peaceful feeling to it! (However I imagine when it starts to get “buggy” out it will be one hell of an annoyance with all the swamp and water…lol) Overall great place to go!
