favorite place i have ever been. you hear nothing but nature. 1000 foot drop into a natural green bowl of trees. whether you hike up from rte 7 or the dirt road its easily doable. family campsite close by the overlook with lean-to. worth the trip. no water. has outhouse.

Easy hike up the roadway, sometimes steep but very beautiful and doable up from the farm. We enjoyed this portion of the hike more than the Greylock summit since it was so much quieter. Such a lovely place to be.

Stony Ledge trail. Nicer and less populated trail to a summit. On the the top there’s a very relaxing view to Greylock Mountain, with a nice spot to sit and eat.
