I called the humane society to help an animal but they never return my call so I don’t know if the animal got help.
They lied on the website about being a non kill shelter. Went to drop off a pitbull and was told its NULL and they most likely would put him down.
Best way to describe Sandy & the crew at Tunica Humane Society, is angels among us . The non stop ,day in and out care, devotion, patience , GRIT, and love it takes is truly phenomenal. We adopted our girl in 2018 from Tunica and she is one special soul . There’s no way to describe even a fraction of all of the things they have done for those animals and the community. Highly suggest following their Facebook page . They change lives for animals and humans.
I love Sandy, Gail and all at THS and was honored to visit there 5 years ago. They are my heroes! Their love and dedication to the animals is truly admirable and I proudly support them.
Sandy and all the ladies go above and beyond for the dogs and cats in this area! They do the hardest rescue work and treat all the pets in their shelter with love.
