I recently toured this complex. They did a good job renovating these former condos. Although I would say all modern apartments should have at least one large walk-in closet in a 1 bedroom. I wish they would’ve put more thought into the parking situation, which I’m sure turns away potential residents. There is a vacant parking lot where a nightclub once was and some or all could be used for additional parking. The street outside of the parking lot is very narrow; and with cars parking on each side of the street, and cars driving by in both directions….that is entirely too much going on. Your car is bound to be hit. And space is limited even there.

I want to point out – when I toured the community – the Property Manager, Diamond, was professional, polite and pleasant (all of whats misding in good customer service these days).

Something I forgot to mention…there are no mirrors or weights in the fitness center. It would be nice if they would at least put some mirros up, pretty simple and inexpensive request Im sure those who use the facility would appreciate.

Been living here since November and I LOVE IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️ no bugs AT ALL, all utilities included, beautiful apartment setup, very sweet staff, and more!!!! I have had no issues besides I wish maintenance would respond quicker, they don’t have grace if your parking pass slips off the dashboard (tows immediately), and the neighbors are ALWAYS smoking in the building.

I did’t know what to expect when I came to Verona at Naylor Metro but when I tell you this is a hidden gem. The apartments are spacious and updated and most importantly the complex is clean. Diamond took us on a tour last minute and was genuine and welcoming. She made sure we knew upfront everything we needed to know in order to make an informed decision should we choose this location and I appreciate that. Definitely considering moving here and it’s currently my number 1. Thanks Diamond! 🙏🏾

I am writing this review to specifically commend Ms. Starling, Leasing Specialist, for the exceptional service she has provided throughout our application rental process. Ms. Starling exemplifies what I consider to be “old school” customer service—an increasingly rare quality in today’s fast-paced environment. From our very first phone conversation to our most recent interaction, she has consistently demonstrated patience, empathy, honesty, and kindness, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism.

It is not often that I take the time to write messages of praise, as exceptional service is, unfortunately, not the norm. However, Ms. Starling’s dedication and the quality of her service truly stood out and compelled me to share this feedback and write this review.

If your company has a program for employee recognition, I sincerely hope Ms. Starling will be considered. Her efforts reflect positively on your team and contribute to an outstanding experience.

I came here to take a tour of the property and see one of their apartments.

When I went, the young lady Ms. Diamond was a pleasure to speak with. She was very informative and patient. She provided me with a lot of information in regards to leasing, parking, the tour, and all that the property offers. During the entire tour, Ms. Diamond was as pleasant as can be, and great customer service.

The gym/fitness center, package room, nice lobby and all was very well kept, and appealing to see. Inside the lobby of the building included a ramp as well as stairs and the building includes elevators. There is washers and dryers on each floor and there is a trash chute on each floor except the main floor. The common space was my favorite (apologies for not taking pictures of it while I was there). The grilling space outside with the seating was also a nice area. The staged apartment was stunning and provided the realism of how you can decorate your own home once inside. There is also assigned parking.

The apartment was very spacious, the views were relaxing.
