While this pavilion and facility ended up being a fine place to have my wife’s 40th birthday party, when I arrived the grounds were covered in cobwebs, leaves and a bunch of trash. I ended up having to spend several hours cleaning it up before setting up for the party. When I requested a partial refund, I was never followed up with despite several attempts to learn what the town had decided.

It also took a lot of time to secure the required liquor license to have alcohol at the party and was required to go through a distributor based our of eastern Mass.. spent a total of 5 hours moving this process through.

Very disappointing…

Great place for singing under the pavilion.

Went there while cycling nearby, there is nothing except a dusty shed, half mile road and trees.
