My first hike I’ve ever done in LA and it was so nice! Very steep for a good portion of the hike but the views were very pretty. I could see this being a daily or weekly hike I take if I lived in the area!

Good place for a workout. Weekends, there are a lot of people that come here to hike, walk their dogs, and do some trail running. The trail is kept clean. In terms of intensity, their trail could be considered in between easy and moderate. It has several short loops and connects to other trails.Highly recommended to those who are trying out hiking and those who want a good intense run.

This is one of my favorite hikes. Easy and suitable for older folks, children and beginners. Gorgeous scenery and lots of shade on most of the main trail so even if it’s sunny out you’re not roasting in the direct sun. Little side paths are worth exploring but make sure you wear hiking boots, as there is a lot of loose dirt and gravel going down.

I was told that no one speaks to you on this trail, and my first day almost everyone spoke to me.Fryman is a beautiful trail the mountain is challenging and you have to look down because it does different things alllllll the time.My 2nd time was today the 4th of July and my trainer and I decided to go backwards through the neighborhood first. The trail was challenging YAYYY!!! Thank God for my camel bak so that I can keep hydrated and enjoy the view as I SWEAT and climb higher.I discovered a stage with stage lighting nestled down between the trees ahhhhhhhh a small slice of heaven.A space that I can sit in and be creative, go down to the stage and remember characters from my past.Wow to say “characters from my past.”Is almost heartbreaking 💔😥😔AndChange is good 🙏🏿👑🗣🧲🏋🏿‍♀️🚪🚶🏿‍♀️There’s so much to see from here and so much to enjoy and as my first visit EVERYONE spoke to me, some encouraging me, even my trainer who went ahead and guided me.God isI hiked for almost 2 hrs 2day it was challenging and worth every moment of it.I’m already looking forward to my next hike.
