So so bad !!! Don’t trust the broker if he’s saying that you will get unloaded fast !! My driver here is already 8 hours, I had to cancell next load ..total mess if you can please avoid
If you like a twilight zone type of experience where you wonder if the loaders and other truckers have been raptured because nothing has been moving at all, this is the place for you.
Apparently they cant hire more than one loader to unload fresh trucks been here 12 hours and my company dose drop and hooks the trailer i was picking up has been sitting here for 30 + hours unreal.
I showed up to gate 2 dry goods at 8 pm
My appointment was at 9 PM
I checked in with no issues and walked over to the shipping department waited for an unloader to show up. He informed me that I needed to walk over to the check-in shack and ask the operator to call the yard dog to move a trailer so I could back in and get unloaded.
I did not mind to do so because it’s in my best interest to get unloaded as quickly as possible.
Once I done that within five minutes, I’m backing up to the dock door getting unloaded.
Once unloaded, I will finish this review
It’s 9:05 PM and I’m unloaded
The unloader brought my paperwork to me. He signed it. I just had to have him put the date on.

Truckers: If you were coming here to be loaded, please expect the slowest service ever. Please anticipate at least three hours when they claim two. For A warehouse to be as big as it is shipping to major companies there’s no reason why there should only be two forklift drivers on a Friday
