Entire park fenced and chained closed despite arriving at 7:30am, when park hours are posted as 7a-8p. Excess fencing and landscaping actively discourages enjoying views of the river and nearby woods. Park fine for sports, but poor for dog walkers or folks who just want a bit of green.
