Nice part for any age. There is a younger kids side, and an older side. There are both metal and plastic slides. They also have swings for big kids and little kids, along with spinning toys, sand box, lots of grass for fun, and basketball hoops. Usually pretty clean. You can also see the train go by which is fun for the kids. Can definitely get crowded after school hours

If you have a little who is a runner like mine, who didn’t like to be contained. Have no fear, this park is mostly fenced in and with the grass-y field near by your runner can go for awhile and then turn around when bored. The train near by is so fun. No bathroom is a bummer, but that’s expected in a neighborhood park. Our quest continues to visit every park in Springfield summer 2019!
