My husband moved to this RV park summer of 2022. I moved down with him in October 2022 and we stayed until May 2023. It’s a small park with 2 rows of sites. One row has pull through sites and the other is back in. There are 2 roads to enter and leave the campground, one being a crappy makeshift road. We had a back in spot that was decent enough. My only gripe was Lothar did not take our complaints seriously. We were living out there while my husband was working on a solar project outside of town. There were 3 guys in 3 RVs that caused issues, one was our neighbor and the other two lived across from us. These 3 also worked on the same job site as my husband. Our neighbor threw parties every weekend, inviting the whole job site out to his RV. They would party all night, be loud, shoot guns inside his RV, get drunk, do drugs, get in fights, light off fireworks (not on July 4th), you name it and Lothar did absolutely nothing. I approached Lothar when he was talking to said neighbor one day, calling them out for their behavior telling them if they want to party, to go to the bar in town. Lothar didn’t care. He didn’t kick them out, just told me, “Oh, well you should’ve been here when the pipeliners were here.” I feel sorry for this man’s wife. I can’t imagine she enjoys having reckless people on her property acting like idiots. After we left this place, I made sure to always ask new campgrounds if they actually took their rules seriously. It’s one thing to have a few buddies over for beers and a bonfire, but this neighbor was having loud, inconsiderate parties disturbing the peace of the rest of the RVers. My husband went over to confront them and they threatened him and our dachshund. A whole bunch of them came over to our RV and shook our fence, being aggressive towards us. Cops were called plenty of times, too.My husband is in construction and we do not act like this. My friends in construction do not act like this. These guys were just a different breed. These guys were also not well liked or tolerated on the job site, but because they needed the help, they refused to fire these morons. One of them did get fired after weed was found in his backpack that he left in his equipment. I think Lothar needed the cash and that’s why he refused to kick them out.I find it comical that Lothar has rules posted on his website now. We’ve been to two RV parks since this one and have had a great experience because they don’t tolerate partying. Been full-timing since 2017 for my husband’s job in various states and this is the only RV park where an owner did not take partying seriously. What a shame especially since we know people who stayed here before and said they loved Lothar.Beware – If there are young construction guys out here, be warned because Lothar will allow them to party.

The owner went out of his way, and helped us out when needed. Especially when my husband was at work and I ran into a water issue. He came out and helped me out, definitely staying here when we come back this way! Thank you so much

This is the best place to stay if you enjoy a peaceful, quiet, and laid back rv park! My favorite part was the amazing sunsets across the field that could be seen from my camper window every night. Clean water, well maintained septic, no electricity problems. Lauther is very accommodating and always answers his phone if you have any questions. Best prices in town too. Would recommend to all traveling technicians and people passing through. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again.

Really quiet, chill RV Park. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely make this a regular stop on my travels.
