We did 3.65 miles in just under 2 hours. A nice trail mostly wide and well marked. We saw some ducks, geese, frogs, a toad and a chipmunk. Lots of bridges/boardwalks. One area was impassible due to flooding. We made an alternate route around that area and got back on the trail. There was a smell of a dead large animal or ? around that area. The inclines weren’t bad. No bugs today and very few people. Lots of various mushrooms. One large tree blocking the trail but easily maneuverable. Plenty of parking at the entrance near the DPW salt shed which has a sign.

Loved this place. There are a lot of trails, benches along the way to sit and rest and it’s very clean. I will be back to walk the rest if the trails. Good fall foliage here too
