I would strongly urge anyone who has a family member residing in this development or interested in living here to think twice. I had an elderly(90+) family member reside here, it was unbearable and extremely disappointing how the management chose to handle her death. Although, I had been the contact person for my Aunt the entire time of her residency the Office Manager was difficult and unprofessional. She called the police 2x in the time of grief when there had been no disturbance. She alleged there was damage to the unit. However, I have a video that shows the condition of the apartment at the end. It was unfortunate that in the midst of Covid19 and the lack of general respect that anyone would give to a grieving family, this was not obtain from Willow Pond.

I have been here for 3 years now. I love the atmosphere and the people I have met are friendly. The management at Willow Pond has been there when needed even at there off time. The area is always clean and new. Thank you for giving me a place to call home.
