Jubilee Dog Park – Dog-Friendly Community in Orlando, FL

Jubilee Dog Park is a small, gated dog park located in Orlando, Florida, primarily serving residents of the Jubilee Park apartment communities. While not a public dog park, it offers local pet owners a convenient spot to let their furry friends socialize and unwind off-leash in a safe environment. The park features essential amenities for dog owners, including waste bag dispensers, training stations, water fountains for dogs, and shade provided by surrounding trees and possibly nearby covered areas. Although its area is fairly small and situated in the median of a road, Jubilee Dog Park provides a much-appreciated green space for those who live nearby.

Visitors will find a well-gated enclosure, but please note that the use of the park is limited to residents of the local apartment communities and may not be open to the general public. Reports suggest that parking is limited and not specifically designated for park visitors, as the closest options are within the private community. Maintenance reviews are mixed — some users keep the area clean, but others note that not all dog waste is regularly picked up. For those seeking a dog park in Orlando’s Jubilee Park area with fenced, off-leash opportunities and shaded seating, this space remains a popular amenity despite some drawbacks.

As a resident of the community, I was walking my dog on a leash at night for my dogs evening walk, when an aggressive chow ran out of the unsecured park across the street to attack my dog on a leash. Yes— It was an accident, the dad of the dog was very apologetic. But the dog also belonged to a girl who works at BELLANOVA jubilee park office. She was very defensive about her dog attacking OURS, yes it was an accident but my dog was still BLEEDING. We called the police to file an incident report for the health and safety of my dog. Rightfully so. But if I’m the one who called the police, why is the property manager Kendra Leakes talking to the police first? Never called us to check on the dog, even though they’ve met my dog and pet him personally on previous interactions. BEWARE of bad experiences at this park! You will NOT be supported even if you are a resident. They only care about themselves.

It’s not a public park, it’s an amenity for the surrounding apartments. It’s is loaded with dog poop and absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed to not use it but you couldn’t go 2 feet without another pile of poop.

A small dog park in the center medium of the road with no public parking. If you like in the residential area then i suppose its ok. The area of the park is maybe 1400 sq ft. It does have the doggie essential poop bags, gated, some training stations. water. If your dog is afraid of loud noises this area will be uncomfortable for your dog. I believe that it was built there by some agreement between the city of Orlando and the BellaNova residential community at Jubilee Park developers…in this case City of Orlando lost out and the developers did a disservice to the community. since I don’t live in the community I parked in the community office parking area which is past a gate. if the gate would have been closed then this park would not have been available to the general residents of the city of Orlando

Not a public dog park. It is an amenity for the residents of the apartment complexes in Jubilee Park.
It is full of poop, people aren’t cleaning up behind their pets.

As of lately, people have not been picking up their dog waste. I’ve been picking my dogs and then one other pile to keep up with it. Please clean up after your pet. Thx!
