Perfect pit stop. Nice and clean park with a nice trail around the pond.
An easy stop about two hours from Rapid City.
We’ve been twice in the past month and the bathrooms have been closed both times.
A great stop to walk our dog a couple laps, while headed home to Wisconsin. A Geocache was a bonus!
Great little park. Quick access off I-90. Rest rooms, playground equipment and shaded picnic tables.
Parks like this are why we love traveling in South Dakota. Clean restroom. Lots of fun activities for kids. Shaded, clean picnic tables. Fresh, free water spigot.
A nice trail goes around a well kept pond, with lots of exercise activities and even another playground for the kids.
It was a bit too hot (103 degrees) for us to stay too long, but I’ve definitely added this to one of our favorite places while in the area to take the kids.
As an added benefit, the town has a couple good restaurants and cheap diesel fuel.
