Very neat, historic, nature trail with fancy pond. NO Fishing the pond, it is forbidden! Destroyed 4 adult spotted lantern fly august/2025. I’m doing my part! Join the federation now.
Enjoyed the park, very nice to walk.
This is an awesome park! It’s a home to all kinds of wildlife. I’ve seen cardinals, woodpeckers, and a bunch of birds I didn’t recognize. I like the hiking trail, but I’ve also seen people running laps around the pond. Just lovely.
I have lived in Lycoming County a lot of my life but didn’t know about this park. Walls of the old canal are still standing.
The insects are everywhere l, so wear bug spray!!
Heritage park : the bridge between the pond and boat needs cleaned up from overgrowth. I would be happy to volunteer to clean it up
