Moved here from my condo up the street and it’s been a world of difference! The building is modern and clean, the apartments well maintained and much better quality than previous apartments I’ve been in. The attached public garage is a huge plus heading into winter. The location can’t be beat with immediate access to several restaurants through the shared courtyard. And the new management staff is incredibly friendly and open, taking advantage of the shared spaces like the lounge and rooftop to create get-togethers and introduce the tenants to each other. Going on my 4th month here and loving it.
Juan and Kristen at the leasing office are so helpful. From when I toured my apartments to when I moved in, it has been such a seamless process and I couldn’t have asked for a better process. Also, they throw great & creative resident events and do everything they can to get residents to come together and get to know each other. The building itself is clean and luxurious. Deliveries are seamless. The amenities are great plus pets are allowed. Parking garage onsite is nice as well. You really couldn’t ask for more!
