It is a nice walking place for everyone, but everything is low ground which can flood the whole park. There is a lot of wildlife there especially after it rains. I would recommend it to kids as well. The whole park is two miles of a hike which can take around 30-40 minutes and many resting stops. Very pretty at night.

A lovely park for walking and seeing wildlife. Lots of birds and a beaver or two if you’re lucky. Some paths are paved but not all of them. There are different options along the path, so you can make your walk as short or as long as you like.

If you take the nature trail, which runs through the interior of the park, you’d be challenged to know you’re in the heart of the city. Lovely and peaceful.

Bedesen Park is a nice place for a walk any time of the year. It can be especially nice on a windy day as you are decently protected by the trees. Potential wildlife spottings include turtles, ducks, muskrat, geese, owls, squirrels and deer.

One of our favorite places to walk our dog. *dogs must be on a leash. Great grassy trails around a few ponds. Great on a high day as many trails have shade.
