FAQ for Southeast Park in Mineral Wells TX:
My kids love this park.
Nice park for kids, 2 pavilions, large metal top picnic tables, 2 basketball courts, 1 at each pavilion, and his/her restrooms. It’s got plenty of room and lots of grass.
Bathrooms lock automatically at 5pm. They really need to keep them open until dark.
It was so fun!! Me and my bestie met up we haven’t talked sense 4th grade so we met up and ran up and down the ramps and skated and swing.
New playground equipment is great little kids seem to love it. The bathroom/drinking water fountain wasn’t built yet as promised to be completed before the end of summer. Plenty of room for another basketball court to be built to help alleviate the overcrowding on the current court between young kids (5th – 8th graders) and the older higher school and young adults both trying to play on the court. Hopefully there is plans to improve current court and add at another basketball court since it is the main attraction imo at that park.
