Quail Run Park Off Leash Dog Area is a favorite spot for dog owners seeking a spacious, well-maintained park in Mesa, Arizona. Boasting a large grassy field that’s perfect for long-distance runs and fetch, the park features plenty of mature trees that provide ample shade for both pups and their owners. With a .25-mile loop around the perimeter, you can exercise alongside your pet or simply relax and enjoy the friendly community atmosphere.
The park is thoughtfully designed with separate fenced areas for small or timid dogs, double-gated entry and exit for security, and numerous seating options. Amenities include water stations with buckets for dogs, free poop bags, waste bins, and plenty of parking. While the grass may thin during the winter, Quail Run stays popular due to its clean environment and morning and evening crowds of sociable dogs. Note that the park is closed on Thursdays for maintenance and from Memorial Day to Independence Day, with a pop-up park available during that period.
