It was a nice apartment, our unit definitely needed some updating for the cost of rent. I would make sure you are in good terms with the leasing manager and maintenance because if you’re not they will be sure to let you know. Emails from leasing manager were unprofessional and downright rude. But we had a happy few years there, it is a very dog friendly community ! However the dog park is extremely run down and unsafe.
My boyfriend and I have lived at Chestnut Court for a year, and we had the best experience living here! Margaret has been an amazing property manager. Any issue we had Margaret always took care of it right away and made sure we were as comfortable as possible living here. The community of people in this development is wonderful and very friendly. Can’t say enough good things!
My husband and I only lived at Chestnut Court for a year but we enjoyed it very much! The apartment was remodeled and was really nice. Margaret was fantastic, very nice and very helpful, she made moving in during covid a breeze. The maintenance staff were also very nice and efficient when needed. We definitely recommend these apartments!!!
I’ve lived at Chestnut Court for six years and I enjoyed the time I had here. It’s safe, quiet, comfortable, in the perfect location, and I’ve always had friendly neighbors. Never really had to call maintenance too much and when I did the response was usually done in a timely manner. Had it not been for me having to relocate, I would have loved to stay. I’m very fortunate to have lived here and my one small regret is not having a pet. As this is a very pet friendly apartment community. It was always a pleasure to see all the neighbors out walking their dogs. To Margaret and the maintenance team keep up the great work. Thank you!
Great place to live in. Quiet and spacious apartments. I just moved out after living here for 2 years and couldn’t be happier with my time here. Margaret, Dom and the rest of the staff were amazing whenever I had an issue if any it was resolved quickly. I lived close to rental office and wherever Margaret would see my 3 year old she’d always take time to say hello always showed empathy and understanding if I had any concerns. Snow removal was quick always salted parking lot walkways and steps. Would recommend this community to anyone.
