Located in the heart of downtown, L.A. Live Large Dogs Park is a convenient urban escape for city-dwelling pups and their owners. This dedicated dog park in Los Angeles, California features separate, fully fenced areas for both small and large dogs, ensuring everyone can play safely. The ground is covered with a mix of wood chips and dirt, making it easy on your dog’s paws and perfect for playtime.
Although parking in downtown can be challenging, there is a paid parking garage directly across from the park offering the first 25 minutes for free—ideal for quick visits. The park is a neighborhood favorite, especially for locals, and provides a much-needed green(ish) space amid the city bustle. Be aware that the park sits near the freeway, so it can get noisy, and you’ll need to bring your own poop bags, as cleanup is essential for everyone’s enjoyment.
Small but nice I have no idea where you would park I took a bus and walked the rest

I went there early morning with my poodle. The park is nice but really noisy because near by freeway you can hear all the car passing. And eat your own dog shit or clean that up after. Dog shits everywhere inside.

This dog run has separate areas for small dogs and large dogs. My dog loved it made some friends. This was my fourth attempt to come here parking is a bit of a nightmare.

Considering being one of the only dog parks in DTLA, this is a great little spot with a separate small dog area along with a big dog area. First 25 mins are FREE in the parking garage right across from the dog park. Just wish there was grass instead of dirt but its a nice little area already.
