My dog Rhodey loves going there for daycare. He recognizes the building every time and it’s a struggle getting him to calm down prior to going inside. I love that they have cameras so that I can check on him whenever he goes. I also enjoy the activities they plan each month for the dogs. It’s a great form of engagement for them.

Moose is an active and social 2+ year old Golden Retriever who loves Dogtopia in Longwood! The staff are all so engaged and truly love the dogs. The playrooms are continuously monitored in person and are clean, cool, and roomy. I often check the Dog cameras and catch Moose playing or being loved on by one of the trainers. He comes home well exercised and content.
I enjoy the flexibility of being able to drop Moose off any time and any day. If I forget to make a reservation or need an extra day it’s so easy and just a phone call handles my same day request. I often take advantage of the onsite bath, brush, and nail trim options. Even when I don’t have Moose bathed he comes home smelling good and looking as clean as he was when I drop him off.
The weekly activities and treats are a great addition and give me a feeling that the staff are constantly working to keep the dogs entertained, trained, and engaged in fun.
I am so grateful to have Dogtopia of Longwood available for Moose and Me ! I enjoy some dog free time knowing Moose is getting all the love and social activity he needs to stay happy and healthy. Oh, the periodic pictures are so wonderful too!

I have used them for boarding many times over the last year and loved them. The last 2 times have been bad, especially this last boarding being a complete nightmare.
Both of my dogs ended up severely sick this last visit. One had bloody diarrhea, and was sick for days. The other was vomiting excessively and severe diarrhea for over a week. 2 large vet bills later, they are finally getting better. I know someone else who uses them for day care as well, and her dog was just as sick, if not sicker than mine were. Same symptoms.
I gave them enough food for both dogs to cover the 4 day stay. Explained how much to give them each day. The food was returned at pickup having half the bag of food left for each dog. They were way underfed while there. For 4 days. And then sick after.
The cameras did not work on the app for both boarding visits. This is part of the plus of this boarding is you can see your dogs. But you can’t anymore.
Turnover rate must be high. I never see the same person twice anymore. I knew the staff last year.
Both times I was quoted what the boarding would cost, and then charged more, both times, because they “forgot” to add day care that day. The hours of boarding were given each time for the quote, so this seems to now be a consistent lie or just employees who don’t know what they’re doing. When I asked for the refund of the added charges that was not in the amount I was told it would be for those days and hours, I get no responses.
This is not the place for your babies. I’d suggest going elsewhere. I will never send my dogs there again after so many wrong things going on. Shame. It used to be a great place.
