Very nice small park on Longboat Key with benches in the shade and sun. There are very pleasant shorter loop trails, children’s playground and tennis courts. Picnic tables, fishing pier and a fenced in dog area.A great place to relax and watch the small boats go by. Plenty of parking and a restroom.
One of the nicest parks on the Gulf side of Florida. They have Wi-Fi and covered space with tables so you can work with a beautiful view of the inter coastal while catching a fish or two on a break 😍. I’ve had manatee encounters and rarely is the park so busy you can’t find a spot to park. Serene, very clean and there are bathroom facilities with a beach access right across the street with a crosswalk to get you safely across. Great spot for a photo shoot with your vehicle as well.
