We had such a great experience at Gone to the Dogs in London! The dog wash stations were spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The tubs were the perfect height and design, making it so easy to give our Bonnie a bath without the usual backache. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they truly care about both the dogs and their humans. We’ll definitely be back — Bonnie has never looked (or smelled!) better! 🐾♥️🐶

If you haven’t checked out Gone To The Dogs London you’re missing out. The staff was so nice and welcoming to both Ember and I. The self service bathing stations were very nice, clean, and the water pressure is fantastic. (If you ever owned a shepherd you know water pressure matters. lol) 10/10 recommend.

Highly impressed with this facility! It was super clean and the staff was amazing! We used the self service dog wash station and loved it! They supply everything you could possibly need to wash your pooch, even down to an apron to keep you from getting wet. The professional dryer dried our golden retriever in half the time it takes us at home. This tub made it so much easier to give him a bath without breaking our backs. We will definitely be regulars here!

Just got done bathing my dog. It was faster, easier and way more convenient than booking a traditional groomer visit. My dog was less nervous and anxious. The equipment, provided shampoos, tools everything you need were great quality. The staff is extremely friendly and me the kids had a great time. So did the dog!
