Love this place
The trail runs through a half burned out forest, but along a creek for the first bit, which is nice. The second bit is very steep, and takes you up to vast views … of hills covered in mostly dead trees. If you’re looking for exercise, you’ll get it. Not my favorite hike in this area, but not bad either. Just ok. My two cents.
