I always enjoy my visits. Everyone is friendly, they always answer questions. Really enjoy the yearly open houses and seeing the animals that are helping.

This place takes in injured birds, raptors, etc. They take donations to care for injured eagles, hawks, falcons geese, etc. We met the folks working their and came away impressed by their dedication and passion for their work. They have vet care on site. This is the only place in Kansas that takes on wild raptors and other fowl. God Bless the work they do!

We found a grounded robin and called for advice. Though we were 40 minutes away and it was closing time, the young lady stayed open till we could get there to drop it off. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained how they were going to help the robin until it could be freed again. A great experience!

We recently moved into a new house and while doing yard work on the 4th of July, my husband accidentally hit a baby cottontail bunny. It was in really rough shape and I didn’t have an easy time finding anyone else who could or would take it in. I messaged them in desperation that night and was told to bring it in the morning. Really great communication, and really wonderful people. I am really worried about that little thing, but I know I left it in great hands and no matter the outcome, it was given the best possibility of survival with them! Thank you for helping the wildlife and providing a service for people in the community who love wild animals as well.

We had a small bunny that was hurt that we found in our yard. They were more than happy to take it and care for it and nurse it back. The place is out in the country and it is a pretty big place. The staff was really nice.
