Unfortunately it’s become a spot for homeless to use drugs at. Been past it many times and I always see that and the hours don’t matter.
Beautiful waterfront paved trail. However if you go on any of the dirt trails expect to see lots of trash and graffety. The locals don’t know what they have or respect it!
Vary nice park it has a big field , basketball courts and a nice size playground. It’s the start and end the river walk..

Fantastic, well maintained, wide,paved path along tree lined river. Highly recommend for easy walk.
