This campground is fantastic. The setting is beautiful, the facilities are clean; and it’s not overcrowded or rowdy. Everyone was so welcoming. We will be back!
Went to check out this all inclusive campground. There are only 2 or 3 actual camper sites and a few tent sites. The rest is park models. Nice park models. The grounds are huge and very well taken care of. River runs threw it and there is a huge pond. Everyone I met that day was extremely nice and welcoming and helpful with all of my questions. I may have to wait until next season to camp up there but it is open year round and is only about 10 miles from Boone.

What a fun place to vacation with family! There is a gorgeous pool area, lots of social space and the cutest collection of tiny homes I have ever seen. These folks were hit hard by Helene, but the repair they have been able to do in just 6 months is nothing short of miraculous. The erosion from the flood has been mostly repaired and the river is back to tranquil and peaceful. I highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a LGBTQIA welcoming family spot.
