Great launch. No cell service
Beautiful lake. We stayed on a six bedroom houseboat and it was an amazing adventure. Highly recommend!!
Plenty of room and parking. Good place to stage the boat while parking the truck. Easy for one person use.
You wouldn’t think a boat ramp could earn 5 stars, but the beauty of this ramp is breathtaking. I remember being awestruck the first time I launched from here years ago, and I still appreciate the beauty to this day.
Then again, all of Lake Cumberland is gorgeous.
The only issue with this ramp is the limited parking. This spot gets exceptionally busy on holiday weekends, and there’s nowhere near enough spaces to meet the demand.
This is the park ramp that goes with the State Dock marina but it is not located at the marina due to logistics. Ample free parking, good turn around and low slope wide ribbed concrete ramp. Small courtesy dock. No porta potty! No running water.
