So I used to live here, and because in 16 days from the review I will have a new house in a new state. But I lived here, meaning I went to school. I lived for a while and it is kinda cool! I just wish it was more. Summer was a bummer because of no hose! But at least I got a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in! And I had a little play yard in the back of 200. over all they got a gym so its ok! Good neighbors. overall this is a great place to stay and I think you can live here if you’re in the middle of a moving situation or you’re just looking for a roof over your your head, I don’t know anything about like taxes or how much our apartment was but if you want to live here this is a great place to stay and has neighbors who will always be there. The only problem is people at Clark’s corner I’m always be there just to annoy you and unfortunately I had to deal with them nearly all the time there was a fight on the bus or like something going on so just stay out of that area if you’re underneath High School but feel free to stay here and have a roof over your head!
Great experience and place to live! We’ve been here for about five months. Our neighbors are great, and the area is great. Anytime there’s been an issue not only has it been taken care of but taking care of efficiently. The management team is phenomenal. Their customer service and desire to deliver high quality experiences for all they come into contact with has been refreshing. They proactively communicate and follow up which is always a plus. I’m glad that I found this gem of a community.
I’m not sure with everyone else’s experience but my experience was good. I moved during COVID and De De and Anastasia were really sweet and helpful. Everytime I had an issue (which was rare) maintenance came and fixed it quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and the police drive out here atleast once a week. The only issue I had was people not cleaning up their dogs poop. It was annoying cause the neighborhood supplies areas for dogs (definitely pet friendly). The rent is reasonable and the amenities were good even though I worked a lot, it was still nice to have them included. Parking was good too, I rarely parked far from my apartment. For the price and what you get (I had a 1B, 1B w/ washer and dryer included) I was satisfied and it felt like home.
Just finishing up my first year here next week. I love it here. Very quiet. I don’t have a pet myself but all the people in my building take care to clean up after theirs. I love the pool. Wished it stayed open past labor day but that’s just me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. Even suggested to work friend and they moved here after looking at other places
I have lived here almost a year and love it. I looked at many places before moving here. For not much more rent then others I looked at, I get a washer/dryer, dishwasher and they painted everything and put in new carpet before I moved in. Deedee and the maintenance guy are very nice and have responded to any concerns I have had quickly. I love the location . I would and have recommended it to others.
