Our dog Alexa was new to overnight stays at boarding places. She absolutely loved it and to top it off they take plenty of photos to show how much fun your pup is having. Would definitely use them again.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The dogs are in crates or kennels all day long. They get out 4 times a day for a total of maybe 45 mins at most. You pay ? for a rushed 10min walk. ? for “play pals” which doesn’t last more than 15 mins. Pool time is only 5mins and field time is the same. Cuddles are a joke. Why should you have to pay ? for your dog to get human interaction while you’re away? If an emergency comes up and you have to cancel your stay? Too bad for you because there goes your ? deposit. Staff is more focused on “chores” over actually interacting with and caring for the dogs. If a dog gets diarrhea from the stress, their solution is to not feed the dog or feed the dog very little. If a dog pees in their spot, they take water away after dinner. Leaving the dog without water for 13+ hours. Employees get in trouble when deciding to take a dog to the vet when it’s needed. This place isn’t what they make themselves out to be. Please choose somewhere else for your dog, rather than a place that really doesn’t care about the dogs. All they care about is their appearance.

I travel almost four months of the year and the only thing more important than my own travel plans is making sure there’s availability for my dog at Brown Dog Inn. Truly. No other place offers not only the kind of facility, but the level of genuine care as Brown Dog Inn. Every staff member is thoroughly dedicated to their job. My dog – who is not like a happy golden that loves everyone, but is rather select in whom he trusts, absolutely loves it. In fact, I sometimes worry he loves it there more than he does at home. It’s a good problem to have.
