FAQ for Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park in Englewood Florida:
One of my favorite trails. Watching it recover from hurricanes and fires over the years shows how nature can rebound. Many wildflowers a crab and, an Eagle nest today.
Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park is superb. The lifeguards are professional and very personable. The kids all have fun together and the cliental are all friendly and everyone is there to enjoy themselves. The pool area and restrooms are spotless. The swim area, lap lanes and deep end with the dive board offers something for everyone.
Very calm pool, great for smaller kids. Plenty of lifeguards and a splash pad and diving board. Tons of lanes to swim laps. Extremely reasonably price. 1 adult 5 kids cost me NULL
Cute playground with a lot of fun equipment for the kids, and it’s breezy. My only gripe is that I wish there was more shade in the parking lot and over the play areas. It looks like there once was but they’re down, my guess is from the storms. It would be nice if they were back up. The kids would be able to play more because some of the equipment gets hot in this sun
Wow, love this pool and lovely rec center along w dog park and wonderful walking trails!
Very lovely pet friendly park for walking, running, biking, and with kayak launch. It has large paths made of gravel, sand, shell, and dirt with several bridges that cross oyster creek and overlooks for viewing. The length is about 1.8 miles. Note that it does appear to have had a recent fire, and thus a minor burn smell. In areas where there was a fire, the flora and fauna are recovering with some beautiful new plant growth.
