We had an amazing time at 7 ponds- so much we came twice in one week and brought friends the second time!
It feels peaceful and calm but with much more hands on play and learning then you will get at the library play center. (They also have a mini library inside). SO many things to touch and explore, and a very kid friendly environment!
The second visit my kids were able to pet one of the snakes, and the center had classes going on that looked fun!
It’s a great way to introduce your kids to the nature around them and get them curious to explore. We plan to come back in the spring as well to bring the kids to the outdoor areas and trail. There is something for the whole family here to learn and enjoy. Plus the staff is very helpful and kind!
We went for the 4th of July. It was pretty empty and the paths were well maintained. Not a bad place to go and it wasn’t pricey to get in… well worth it with how well it’s all put together. And the inside museum is nice for kids (or just those of us who like that haven’t fully grown up yet).
What a beautiful nature preserve!! Friendly customer service, a beautiful gift shop, and an awesome learning center!! I’m really glad that I went out and walked some trails, and took in the beautiful day!
The staff member was very helpful and friendly. We have been several times before over the years though we had not been at least 4 or 5 years so we were very pleased with the new additions to the grounds. It is an amazing area to explore.
