Great hiking loop I’ve been using it to get a good hike in a few times a week for several months now. Trails are well maintained and easily traveled. The main red loop is 4.5m long, there is a shorter blue loop that is a roughly 1 mile.

Lots of wildlife. I regularly encounter deer rabbits and box tortoise. Signs if hogs but I’ve yet to see them actually out in the day. Hawks and owls flying through the trees.

Things to be mindful of for yourself and your 4 legged companions. If the grass is high on the trail, you’re going to run into ticks. I also regularly run into water moccasins on the trails especially after a rain.

THIS IS NOT THE TRAIL HEAD ENTRANCE! Trail head is on main road, 60th! Loved this 4.5 mile trail

Did a 4.6mi hike at the Sydney Dover Trails today. Beautiful hike, lots of scenery. The trails are for hikers, horse riding, and bikers. Has plenty of well placed benches throughout the trail. Not too busy, easy to moderate trail.
