Tiny little park. You will miss it if you aren’t looking. GPS may take you to the Dollar Store parking lot…. keep going just a bit further down the road. Great for a picnic or lunch break. Shaded. Quiet. Gazebo and benches.
What’s not to love? It’s a lovely quiet little place with a great name.If you are looking for a park for your kids to run around, this is NOT it. But if you want a nice place to enjoy a quick bite outside or do a little work or reading, Quay park is a great choice.
It is a very small park with brick walk and a nice size gazebo and benches for anyone to relax and enjoy the shade from the trees and beautiful roses. A few times, I saw a homeless lady slept on the bench and relaxing after her long walk throughout the day or to rest at night I also saw teenager relaxing in the gazebo too. I think people can use it for a very small outdoor wedding ceremony or small reception but there is no bathroom or place to wash your hands. It has been taking care my Dillsburg Woman’s Club for years. They also decorates the gazebo with lights during Christmas Season Thanks to them for keeping this place looking nice for the locals to enjoy.
A quiet little brick walk way that is split and comes back together, with a flag pole with the American Flag. Bench seats on the sides. Well maintained greens and trees. A gazebo is a nice spot to rest after lunch @The Pickle Nickel
