We live in the neighboring area to evergreen. It is very clean. The playground is newish and well kept. Bathrooms are open and clean. No homeless people and feel safe there. They have a large grass area as well

Really nice playground equipment, my son enjoyed it. Can be a bit dirty sometimes, like food trash and stuff like that strewn across the playground. Water fountains were also out of order last time I went. Really friendly people come here, I’ve never seen any homeless or shady folk at all.
