This was a great place to stop to make sandwiches on our trip across West Texas.
Nice place to have a picnic lunch. Also a place to turn out horses. Dogs need to be on a leash or watched by owner. Lots of space to run for the dogs. Big trees.
A pleasant place to walk and leash train my dog. Too bad the creek is dry though.
I was actually at the roping arena with my daughter. However they have done a lot of remodeling to the park and the dance floor down there in the park area and it looks amazing especially when the river has a good flow but it’s been years since it’s had a good flow. We use to catch crawdads when I was little in that river.
