Today we put our canoe in up river and got out here… it’s a bit of a pain to end at, only because you have to go against current at the end, and turn a corner at the same time… But it’s peaceful and beautiful down there… we go every year at some point and will continue to do so… just know, if the river is high, you might have to go through a bit of water to get down there

This is an OK spot to access the Red Cedar River for paddling and fishing. The access road is a little rough, and there isn’t much parking near the water.

Great clean spot to bring the dog swimming in Dunn Co. There is a current and sometimes feels a little sketchy depending on the crowd but good when not busy.

Great place to launch a kayak and go for a paddle. Lots of small bass and northern.
