What can I say about this place. They are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I’ve been going through some personal issues and they were there for me and my doggie. Due to my job I have to work 12 hours a day and can’t leave him home. They are so understanding and accommodating where I can drop him off early before opening and pick him up right after closing. The staff is wonderful, I see the live feed and they play with all the dogs hug them, give them pets and attention. They give my pup breaks when he needs them. They know what the dogs need and so intuitive. The place is clean and never smells like animals. On the live feed you see the employees clean up right away when the dog pees or poops. The staff is so friendly and look like they’re happy working there. They truly care about the dogs and owners well being. I wouldn’t trade them for the world. Amazing job.Oh and by the way they have a splash pad for the doggies who love water!! They have big dog and small dog play areas. Each have an inside and an outside and the dogs can come and go in and out when they want.The prices are super reasonable and great value packages.I can’t recommend them enough. Anyone working super early or super late and need a daycare or boarding this is the place. A lot of my coworkers bring their pets here.
Called this place over 2weeks ago!Went and took a tour and the place was very nice! The only issue was that the staff had no idea of what the policy and procedures were at this place. During the tour we were told everything we wanted to hear by the young lady doing the tour working the front desk. After getting all the reservations made and planning our trip we were told a completely different thing by another person. Leaving us with no place to leave our dog! Long story short we been dealing with this place over 2weeks now meeting all there criteria and still no accommodations form this place. Most horrible customers service experience I’ve ever had! We were forced to make sudden arrangements with another place and by the way saving over NULL.00On our two night stay for our dog.Would not recommend this place due to the lack of customer service and the staff not being on the same page!
I started taking Scout to doggie daycare on a limited basis to Bay Paws Pet Resort at 4 months. He truly enjoys his family and friends there so I now take him on a regular basis. Much safer than a dog park and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my pup. Especially like the fact that there are cameras everywhere so I can check in and that our babies are given plenty of fresh air and exercise.
I love Bay Paws Resort! They do such a great job communicating and taking care of my dogs when I’m out of town. It’s such a relief knowing they are in good hands while I travel (one less thing to worry about). They are also so accommodating. My flight was cancelled, so it took me an extra day to get back. They took care of my dogs no problem! I appreciate the care they provide and will be back in a few weeks! 🙂
Staff is very friendly and professional. I like that they gradually introduce my pup to the pack. I was able to observe my pup interacting with the staff and other dogs. There are different play areas and the dogs also have rest time. The facility is very clean. My pup came home happy and tired!
