C-Bar-C Park - Citrus Heights, CA

This is a nice dog park. However, in the small dog Area we brought our little guy and I had to pick up a lot of poop that people had left. I don’t want to be negative, but it was quite a bit. Nobody was there so that was people that have left the poop and took off. We haven’t been here in a while, but came today and it was gross. I ended up picking up all the dog poop that was there so no other dogs would have to smell or be in contact with another dog poop as I don’t want ours to be. Pavo is a big thing people.

My husky and labradoodle love this place. One runs around the park from the second we get there till we leave, with the occasional break to jump in the little pool. Great addition to the park by the way. My doodle always makes friends here and loves all the sticks and tennis balls left my all the friendly people that visit the park. Also, the number of pales and bowls full of water are an endearing reminder that good people and good energy surround the park! God bless!

What a great park! Everyone so far has been very kind, and the fur babies give my big Autumn a run for her money. Good spot.

CbarC has a little bit of everything. It has dog 🐕 parks, a covered picnic area with bbq’s, a playground, restrooms🚻, walking paths, plenty of grassy areas, a creek for our little explorers and dedicated baseball ⚾️ diamonds for little league. Gravel parking area. Water 💧 fountains. Benches throughout. And squirrels 😁

Now i like this park, its good, the evening crew are lovely ladies and some kind men, however the maintenance is kinda questionable, theres a big muddy hole made by a spinkler, the small dog park size is miniscule compared to the big dog park, yes their smaller dogs but they still like to run!? you can tell they did make it bigger by like… a few feet and didnt take out the bushes they brought into it, on the other side of the bushes is 100s of acorns and a rotting bench. its okay but not great
