This place grew on me the more time I spent here. It’s relaxing and peaceful, with lots of birds in the area. The trail follows the creek. The big downside is it is just the one short trail.

Very well maintained! Not busy at all on weekday mornings. Wish we had more areas like this in the state.

Large unfenced Off Leash dog park, nature preserve, and walking trails. A fantastic addition to the area!

You can take the paved path through the middle of the prairie,or the grass trails that take you to several access points to Paint Creek. Also has a decent size parking area.
