Made an unplanned stop here and loved it. Right next to a state park. The view from my room (with patio) and from chairs/table in the parking lot where I enjoyed my breakfast was what I was hoping for traveling in this area in the fall. The trees, mountains, and lake were a great bonus to this stay. Room was nice, clean, no offensive smells. Staff polite and helpful. Got some new birds in my Merlin app!

We’ve stayed at this Caryville Hampton Inn many times and always appreciate the hospitality. Travis and Kim treat our reservation as if it was their own. Always a good time in Tennessee And as a guest of this Hampton Inn!

The rooms here were absolutely disgusting. The smell alone was horrible. I was told that any of the pet friendly rooms smell like that. That aside the room itself was very dirty and filled with dead bugs. Its a shoes on all the time place. The beds are extremely hard and make it uncomfortable to sleep on your side. I refused to shower here. Breakfast was the typical waffles, cereal variety. Staff here was nice but this is not a location I would ever stay in again.

I give this place 4/5 stars mostly because everything can always get better. We stay at this hotel every year during our families reunion and the hot breakfast, view & outdoor pool are always a hit with our large family. The staff is usually very friendly & eager to help. The beds are a tad bit hard but overall the rooms are nice.

We were in the area visiting family. This is an average accommodation at best. All your questions can be answered with “its ok”. Even the internet was down.
The only exception was the breakfast lady. She was like a momma looking after everybody.

We were stuck in traffic and called this place to escape the traffic jam. Rachel was at the front desk and handled everything like a pro. When we arrived she got us right in and made sure we had what we needed. Room was clean and fresh and we had a great nights sleep. I’m a silver honors member and stay at lots of Hamptons Inns. This one hits the mark no problem. Nicely done and well maintained. After a great breakfast we were off to hit the road. Thank you for doing your job so well!
