Kids love playing here. Could be better about keeping trash picked up; huge mess of litter everywhere when we went but its not usually like that.

Park ok but 66 going through Carterville Mo. rough don’t try to avoid the pot holes in that little town you will get a ticket dui. Down the street from there is a ice cream shop called super-tams hand made ice cream. Good stuff.

We visited the carnival at the park. It is a quiet, small area with 4 picnic benches and a small playground. I can imagine it would be a nice spot to stop and have a picnic or a good pit stop during a long trip. The town has a small gas station, but that appears to be about it.

It’s alright. The teeter totters are splintery and do not have handles for the kids to hold onto. This makes it a bit unsafe and not comfortable at all. There’s a super cool thing to climb on, but it goes too high for smaller kids. I like that there’s a place to sit in the shade. There is a bathroom there as well. It has been open most of the times we have gone. Great for birthday parties and family gatherings! It is pretty and also well kept.
